Jan McColl – Principal

Having gained a degree from Melbourne University, Jan spent her early years as a successful musician and educator.

Her employment background is diverse and she was drawn to business in the early 1990’s.

Always having had a passion for property, Jan decided to enter the real estate industry bringing with her not only business acumen, but the ability of a successful investor, a profound knowledge of the local area and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Not content to remain just a sales agent, Jan embraced every aspect of the industry, and went on to gain her full qualification as a licensed agent.

Believing that real estate is not just about “getting a deal”, Jan comes to the industry with a style that gives her clients a feeling of confidence that she will work with them, guiding them through all the facets of the selling of their property.

Jan refuses to stand still in the industry and participates in on-going professional development and is currently completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance and Marketing.

As principal of McColl Property, Jan offers a holistic approach to real estate, conducting workshops, giving the opportunity for the community to participate in this valuable service.

She is one of very few women who own and operate their own real estate agencies.
